How
to use Watford Local Jobs

| To help
you get the most from our services we have prepared
this simple guide to help you use the web site. It really
is VERY EASY to use so don't worry if you don't have
much internet experience. You may find it useful to
print this guide and keep it handy for reference. Remember,

Just
3 simple clicks to enter your site 1.
To log on you simply go to www.wdlocaljobs.com. 2.
You then click the "Employers" button on the menu on
the left of the web site. 3.
Enter your username and password into the boxes (you
will be email this information after you have registered)
and click the "Login" button.
After a few seconds you will then see your own page
where you can add your own job adverts. |

Just
4 simple steps to place your advert
1. After logging in,
click the option on the right of the screen to "Add
A Job".
2. Simply fill in the
boxes with details of your job advert. You will clearly
see the costs for each of the options. If you do not
want to pay for an option then simply make sure the
box beside it does not have a tick in it.
3. When you have completed
the form and selected the options that you want, go
to the bottom of the page and click the button marked
"Proceed to Confirmation Page"
4. Review your advert.
If you wish to change anything then simply click the
"Back" button on your web browser. If you are happy
with the details and costs then enter your name or
order number in the box labelled "Approved By" and
finally click the "Confirm" button.
That's it - your advert has been placed. It really
is that easy! |

| What
else can you do on your jobs website
Once you have logged on you are in control!
A. "Update Company Details"
This option allows you to change the information that
you gave us when you registered such as your telephone
number, e-mail address, etc.
B. "maintain my Live
Jobs"
This option allows you to update any job adverts that
you have already placed on the site. For example you
may decide to amend the job specification or change
the e-mail address that CVs will be sent to.
C. "maintain my Expired
Jobs"
When you place a job advert on the site you decide
how long the advert will appear for (eg 4 weeks, 6
weeks, etc). At the end of that period the advert
is removed from the site and is classified as "expired".
This option allows you to review any expired jobs
and if you wish you may re-activate them for a few
more weeks.
D. "Add A Job"
This is the option that allows you to add new job
adverts. |
